You + Me = WE

It seems like forever

that i have waited for you

in a world of disappointment

one thing is true

God has blessed me

and He has blessed you too

In a world of lonely people

I found you.

Take my hand

and hold me close

and don't let me go

you for me and me for you

together we'll make "We"

We were once strangers

all by ourselves

living, living alone

with no one else

but here we are

and it's so, so sweet

God must have done this

...made you for me

we were always sleeping

dreaming, dreaming some love

wondering where you are

how blessed I am

that I've found you

Now that you're here

I pray us to say " i do".

What to where under there on your wedding day.

Your wedding lingerie is probably the most carefully chosen underwear of your life. It’s the one day you want to feel uniquely amazing from top to bottom, inside and out. And those wedding undergarments can either keep you happy and cool or make you miserable during those magical hours. Here are five important suggestions for buying the perfect undies:

Don’t buy your undergarments until you’ve chosen your gown.
Think hard before you buy that lacy bridal bra studded with Swarovski crystals. Lace or patterned undergarments may show through a sleek gown design and soft fabrics. You might require a body smoother (or “slimmer”) that fits you from just under the bust through the leg to eliminate lines under the dress. The primary purpose of wedding undergarments is to make your dress fit fabulously, so your dress style and fabric will heavily influence your underwear choices.

Consider all your options and get a professional fitting.
Visit lingerie stores and the lingerie department in department stores to see all the possibilities. The bridal salon where you purchased your gown is also a good resource. Did you know eight out of ten women wear the wrong bra size? These places should have knowledgeable people on staff to advise you and guide you toward bra and panty paradise.

Choose comfort over style.
This doesn’t mean you have to give up hot, sexy lingerie on your wedding day. You just have to find the right style of undergarments that will keep you feeling comfortably cool during the wedding and reception and sizzling hot for your wedding night. If you have your heart set on something sexy that just isn’t going to stay comfortable for 5 hours of ceremony and reception time, remember you can always change into some heart-stopping lingerie for those late-night festivities later.

Purchase your bridal shoes before your hosiery.
Are you wearing pumps, slingbacks or sandals? You may prefer thigh-highs or pantyhose with or without seams, but look for sandal foot or invisible toe and heel hosiery if you’re wearing slingbacks or sandals. You do want to start your marriage off on the right foot, don’t you?

Bring all your wedding undergarments and your bridal shoes to the first fitting.
If anything needs to be changed, now’s the time to find out. Wearing the shoes you’ve chosen will help get the hem of your dress precisely right, so you don’t trip as you walk down the aisle and inadvertently show everyone your lovely bridal lingerie!

How to achieve whiter teeth??

I would love to share to you how did I make my teeth a bit whiter.. First I would like to say that this is not my sets of pearly whites.. And I am not fooling everyone.. I just grab a pic. Later I will post a picture of my teeth.

After I had my braces removed 2 years ago my teeth are really yellowish. I bugged my dentist about it. It's not really that yellow and it's not ugly either. My dentist said that it's just a normal shade.. There is no such thing as a natural pearly whites except if you are black american or have an african descent. But being open to media and seeing Hollywood faces I envied those people who have a lovely smile due to super white teeth. And I found out that mostly had a dental work done on them either teeth bleaching or veneers, poor me I can't afford it. So I just tried myself a concoction. This is like a DIY thing and I know many people know this little secrets but for the sake of those that do not know, this is what I did. And I really see a big difference now in my mouth. This is a tried and tested facts..

So here's my little concoction:
  • I put half and half of water and hydrogen peroxide in a bottle. Be sure that you have the same amount or else you'll end up burning your mouth. Err, I put mine on an empty listerine bottle.. Oops sorry listerine.. I gargle 2 times a day after brushing and flossing my teeth. The hydrogen peroxide kills all the germs and bacteria in your mouth . Guys, I hope you will not do this on a long time period. What I did is a gargle 2 x a day for 2months. Then I now gargle once every night, on day time you can use any mouthwashes you have..
  • We all know that we have to go to our dentist every 6mos for regular cleaning and filling but what about the 5months? This is what I do I put a little amount of rock salt in my toothbrush. Rock salt polishes the teeth and buff some tooth decay so when you visit your dentist you have a little or no tooth decay at all. And salt has this composition that makes your gums turned pink because it do something with the circulation of blood in your oral cavity. Guys please do this only maybe every month coz salt is abrasive to our teeth and if you do this frequently it might damage your dentin..
  • Lastly, a friend dentist advise me, coz I have bleeding gum problem before she told me to rub or massage lemon in my gum area in order for it to heal quickly.. and as we all know lemon has a bleaching power..
I also checked some whitening and bleaching stuff in my dentist office but I can't afford it and I have a very very sensitive teeth. So I just did some research and some DIY and I saved some bucks.. Cool huh?

I hope you learned something.

Matters of the Heart

If matters of the heart were easy to understand then all of the world would live in happiness. However they are not, and yet, even if they were do you think you would have the fortitude to see that which you love, that which makes you happy and hold on to it no matter what? Few ever do, for so many things stand in their way of doing so, the main object in their path being cowardness - the fear of finding that which makes you whole, the fear of actually being truly happy. In a world where so many other things can stand in ones way of happiness, how is it that we tend to be our own greatest obsticle and hinderence? What is it about ourselves that makes us so self-destructive? Why is it that when something comes along that has the potential to be the most wonderous thing in our lives we run the other way as fast and as far as our legs can carry us? Then we curse ourselves for letting the chance slip through our fingres? Just what is it that makes us question our own worth? Our own ability to cope with that which we desire above all else? In a life as brief and unpredictable as the one each of us live everyday why is it that we are unable, no matter how hard we try, to live each day to the fullest? To take that which is offered freely without hesitation and revel in the glory of it? Why are we unable to take that leap of faith that might forever change our lives for the better? If we were truly content with that which we have, would we still dream of other things to be desired? Would we dream at all...?

REAL

Some expect me to be perfect, for nobody is.. and I am not.. I have my mistakes, weaknesses and fears... But I'm soo contented for whatever life I have now and it doesn't matter where I came from... My title or my family name... Its always my dignity as a person that counts.... You may see me as a stone not a gem, and I don't give a d*mn! I know who I am.... How i care for the people I Love... What i think and what I feel.... Me, myself and I.. Not perfect but just the way I want it...
