Since cancer is the most deadliest disease worldwide I might as well posts something about its warning signs to make us aware and help us understand and prevent this from occurring to us and to our loved ones.
C- change in bowel or bladder habitsA- a sore that does not heal
U- unusual bleeding or discharge
T- Thickening or lump in breast or elsewhere
I- Indigestion or difficulty in swallowing
O- obvious change in wart or mole
N- nagging cough or hoarseness
Plus unexplained weight loss and anemia
***a yearly general check-up is advised for 50 years old and above especially elderly.
