They will not send you any email notification. If you will reach at you payout in April then they will send your payment at 25th of May.

It's been a while now since my adsense start disappearing from my blog. I don't know what seems to be the problem lately and I contacted their support group already. I hope I will receive a reply from them soon.

Also I requested my pin for the second time and then again I haven't got any. Its been a month now since I requested my second pin request and its not here yet. A friend told me that she got an email notification from google that her pin request is on its way and after 3weeks she got it already. Darn.. How come I don't have that kind of email from them?.. Hmmm..

What is a Wi-fi?

It is a wireless technology brand owned by the Wi-Fi Alliance, promotes standards with the aim of improving the interoperability of wireless local area network products based on the IEEE 802.11 standards. Common applications for Wi-Fi include internet and VoIP phone access, gaming and network connecttivity for consumer such as tv, DVD players and digital cameras.

Theres no such thing as free nowadays- wifi in coffeeshops like starbucks, seattles best, ucc, or in any hot spots are not for free- u have to purchase a card in order to connect- you can connect to the network but in order to access the internet, you have to open a browser and type the username and password written on the wifi card- its Php 100 for an hour.

To configure wifi on laptops- if your laptop has an internal wireless card,u can just open it up and it will automatically search for a wireless network- the only way u can connect to wireless networks for free is if your neighbor/company has a router that does not have a WEP key.

To access free wifi, either you must have a wifi-ready laptop, or a laptop with a wifi usb dongle or a laptop with a pcmcia wifi card. then you're ready to go. either way, your laptop will automatically detect the networks available or you have to search for it, manually.

no need to configure since it's a matter of choosing the network and connecting to it.

once you're in the area where wifi signal can be seen, surf away.

My #1 Female Surgeon

Yesterday, I went to the Doctor to have a routine check up. I was anxious of course about the result of the exams and what the Doctor will say about my condition if I have any. being an nurse I am afraid of putting myself in the Doctor's clinic for check ups and I hate medications. Yeah. I don't want to take medicines when I get sick. I stick to the water therapy myself. LOL! :D Anyhow as my anxiety level rises on my way to the clinic I kept telling myself if I will not consult her now it might aggravate further to some serious conditions (if there's any). Being in a state of paranoia that I might have this and that it's now time to put an end to my worries. So I just have to conquer my biggest fear and that's being face to face to a doctor for a check up. I know its funny but heck I am totally mortified whenever I feel something and I have to see a doctor. I just don't know why. hahaha.

And so I finally arrived at her clinic and my anxiety is escalating while waiting for my name to be called. Then after a couple of minutes of waiting I was finally there face to face with her, telling my concerns. She was such an adorable lady with a very vibrant and happy personality which eases my anxiety away. She's so nice and I felt homey and relaxed in her clinic. Her aura brings calmness to my weary thoughts and my soul. She has an adorable face with a jolly smile. She doesn't look toxic at all which is a great relief to me. And guess what I don't need surgery. That's a plus. All I have was a minor case only that's no need to be worry about. That's a great news. Ü

Since I am looking for a job as a nurse and I am looking forward to my upcoming interviews err (hopefully soon) I kept on thinking about what the employers might ask me. Or what should I do to get the job that I always wanted. Or how will I impress the HRD.

Next thing my make up: I dunno how to put make up on. I don't even knew what colors matches my skin tone. And goodness I just have a lipstick, a peach blush and a shimmering eyeshadow. yikes!

Next the exams: Darn. I hope its a psychological type and not about nursing because I dis forget nursing stuffs that we studied before. It's been a while since I opened my books. It's been like almost 2 years. That's a while right? I hope there's stock knowledge left or I'll get stuck in my seats. haays!

Then the killer questions. Here are the typical interview questions that I studied. According to research this is what the interviewers are looking for.

Interviewer: Tell me about yourself. You: Remember, this is a job interview, not a psychological or personal interview. The interviewer is interested in the information about you that relates to your qualifications for employment, such as education, work experiences and extracurricular activities. Interviewer: What do you expect to be doing five years from now? Ten years from now? You: The interviewer is looking for evidence of career goals and ambitions rather than minutely specific descriptions. The interviewer wants to see your thought process and the criteria that are important to you. Interviewer: Why should I hire you? You: Stress what you have to offer the employer, not how nice it would be to work there or what you want from the employer. Interviewer: What are your ideas about salary? You: Research salaries in your field before your interviews so that you know the current salary range for the type of position you are seeking. Interviewer: Why do you want to work for our company/organization? You: Not having an answer is a good way to get crossed off the candidate list, and is a common pet peeve of interviewers. Research the employer before your interview; attempt to find out about the organization's products, locations, clients, philosophy, goals, previous growth record and growth plans, how they value employees and customers, etc.

How do you handle stress/pressure?

A typical interview question, asked to get a sense of how you handle on-the-job stress, is "How do you handle pressure?" Examples of good responses include:

• Stress is very important to me. With stress, I do the best possible job. The appropriate way to deal with stress is to make sure I have the correct balance between good stress and bad stress. I need good stress to stay motivated and productive.
• I react to situations, rather than to stress. That way, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful.
• I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment.
• From a personal perspective, I manage stress by visiting the gym every evening. It's a great stress reducer.
• Prioritizing my responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be done when, has helped me effectively manage pressure on the job.
• If the people I am managing are contributing to my stress level, I discuss options for better handling difficult situations with them.

It's a good idea to give examples of how you have handled stress to your interviewer. That way, they get a clear picture how well you can work in stressful situations.
